The Next Generation of Youth Magnets

The Wall Street Journal recently convened a panel of pundits to identify the metro. areas that will experience the greatest in-migration of young college graduates. The results? The big youth magnets are expected to be Washington DC (really?) tied for first with Seattle, WA. Then comes the Big Apple, Portland, OR and Austin, TX.
